Compensation

    The performance piece of the Blount County Compensation Plan has officially begun.  Employee evaluations will be conducted twice a year during the months of June and December.  As discussed, the employee will complete a self-evaluation, and bring it to the meeting with the supervisor.  This is a great tool for both employees and supervisors to use in taking the time to discuss performance issues.
