Effective January 1, 2008 lab work provided by the Employee Healthcare Center that your physician ordered will be subject to your annual deductible before Blount County will pay your 10% (coinsurance). After your deductible has been satisfied, there will be no cost to an employee (this is only subject to lab work ordered from a physician). If the Healthcare Center does lab work for an employee without a physicians order the process will not cost the employee. Any other conditions provided by the Employee Healthcare Center are free* to the employee, spouse or dependent (6 up to 24) that is covered under the Blount County Insurance. (*excluding any referrals or x-rays are the employees responsibility)

spouses of employees on the medical insurance plan.
Children 6
and up will be seen
starting MARCH 1, 2008 who are on the medical insurance plan.
