January Exhibits


January 1 to 31, 2020:

  • “Blount County Arts and Crafts Guild Member Art” Exhibit, coordinated by Sandy Miller, will be on easels in the Main Gallery.
  • “William Blount High School Student Art” Exhibit, coordinated by Mrs. England, on the Art Panels at the Reading Rotunda end of the Main Gallery.
  • “Human Trafficking” Exhibit, coordinated by Ms. Gustafson, will be in two Mid-Gallery cases in the Main Gallery of the library
  • “Black in Appalachia” Exhibit, by Linda Marcus, will be in the Genealogy display case at Temporary Books Shelves.
  • “Warm Up With Your Favorite Book” Exhibit, by Patron Services, will be located in the Main Gallery between the two Patron Services Circulation Desks.
  • “World War I: Lessons and Legacies” Exhibit, organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service and the National Museum of American History, with funding from The United States World War I Centennial Commission and the Smithsonian Women’s Committee; will be located in the Reading Rotunda.
