Judicial Commissioners

Judicial Commissioners act under the authority of the General Sessions Judges.  Judicial Commissioners are located in the Justice Center and are available in person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to prepare and issue criminal warrants and summons.  Judicial Commissioners also arraign, set bonds, and set court dates for those that are arrested.  Requests for orders of protection are also reviewed by Judicial Commissioners.
